What are toning tables & how do they work?
Toning tables are automated exercise machines that tone you and improve your flexibility, circulation and relieve stress. This is a different type of exercise which gently eases you into shape.
Each table is designed to exercise specific muscle groups with special emphasis on the muscle groups that bother women the most:
- Underarm Jiggle
You will be on each machine for 4 to 7 minutes for a total session time of approximately 30 to 48 minutes.
When combined with the healthy eating tips and water intake advice from our trainers, toning tables will help you tone up as you lose weight and inches. This is a no-sweat exercise, so you won't need to shower unless you do a lot of cardio.
